The Fine Print

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Production will be charged as follows for canceled bookings. Cancel prior to 48 hours and no invoice will be sent. Cancellation within 48 hours of the operator booking/rental start date and you will receive a 50% refund. Cancel within 24 hours of the operator booking/rental start date and the rental is non-refundable.

OVERTIME POLICY: 

*Overtime charged "time + ½" after 10 hours, hours after 12 charged at "double time".

LATE FEE POLICY: 

Invoices are sent day of job or next day. Net 30 begins day the invoice is sent / work was performed.  An inquiry or reminder will be sent after 30 days of non-payment. After a week of grace a Past Due Fee of 3.8% of total due will be added to your balance. At 60 days another Past Due Fee will be added. 

Every additional 30 days another Past Due Fee will be added to your balance until Paid in Full.

FIRST TIME CLIENT POLICY:

Some first time clients may be required to pay a deposit of 50% of Estimate before job booking date.
